Padam is actively seeking an experienced CMO to join the team in Paris. You will be responsible for our marketing and communication strategy, and executing our marketing efforts in France and key international markets.

This will include the following missions:

• Define and execute the marketing & communication strategy to our potential partners

  • Lead work on Padam’s branding evolutions and its impacts (website, social media…)
  • Define online and offline marketing content strategy and lead content production
  • Lead Padam event organization
• Manage PR agency
• Support business development team creating sales support and package Padam’s offer
• Be Padam’s spokesman, and spread our vision of public transport in conferences and exhibitions across Europe and the USA
• Define and execute internal communication plan

You will work closely with our Business Development and Product Teams.

• A marketing/communication expert with 10+ years of both strategic and operational marketing/communication experience
• Knowledge of public transport sectors both in Europe and in the USA appreciated
• Great communications skills, with ability to address large audience easily
• Open and curious. You’re innovative and creative, constantly looking for ways to improve things
• Ability work effectively under - reasonable - pressure
• You’re fun to work with and you don’t take yourself too seriously
