Your role → As a Content Manager, you will work directly with the marketing team to define, optimize, and implement the content strategy.

Your missions :

• Identify and anticipate content topics, based on keywords analysis, on continuous competitive intelligence and on what influencers tend to share.
• Define the content marketing strategy with always keeping in mind the SEO target.
• Write content such as thought leadership, market insights studies, customer references stories, through various forms such as white-papers, case studies, blog posts, infographics, videos. Develop an editorial calendar.
• Optimize content according to SEO to increase our organic traffic.
• Promote content the right way to increase web traffic.
• Create Hubspot Inbound Campaigns using the content created.
• Stay up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw audience’s attention.
• Use content management systems to analyze website traffic and users engagement metrics.
• Work for the growth of PayFit in France and internationally in the near future.

• Master Degree in Marketing / HR / Journalism
• Proven work experience as a Content manager
• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Familiarity with social media
• Excellent writing skills in French
• Attention to detail
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Determined, you do not wait until you are given the solution to your problems, you create it.
• You like to work in autonomy and be a creative force of proposals.

Bonus points

• Knowledge of HR, payroll, and benefits
• Experience with B2B or SaaS marketing
