Your role → Work closely with our Finance Manager to ensure the reliability of our accounts and operate the daily financial tasks 🚀

Finance optimization :

• Set up of international reportings
• Set up of detailed reportings for all departments
• Set up of an accounting tool for global expansion
• Make Scale all our processes and make sure we are the most efficient

Accounting management :

• Review and emission of recurrent client bills for all PayFit entities
• Work closely with the externalized accountant of all our countries to make sure that the information provided is complete and accurate.
• Collaboration with our Customer care department to help them solve financial issues

Cash Management :

• Review and follow unpaid invoices

• You are a rigorous and organized person
• You have some knowledge in corporate finance and accounting
• You are a problem solver and have the capacity to communicate with everyone
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English (Spanish or German is a plus)
• You’re a product lover
• You are fun and caring with your colleagues
