Your missions ⭐

Being part of the Design team you will be mentored by a senior designer and will work daily with our Customer Engagement squad (with senior PM, engineers and content managers). Your objective will be to improve the user experience on our customer platforms, such as the Help Center, Client Academy, or yet other ones which are currently in ideation stage.

You will be in charge of:

• improving the UX and UI design of our Help Center
• working on the design of a new project from scratch with your squad, running the project from A to Z, from user research to high fidelity prototypes
• conducting user research to understand how our clients interact with our self-service platforms

• you’re passionate by UX as UI and are eager to become a great product designer (can explain the difference between UX and UI and what user research is about)
• you have a portfolio showing at least one significant experience in product design
• you have already work on real products (pro or personal projects)and participated in users tests

• you have strong ownership skills, you are autonomous and extremely involved in your projects
• you are curious about design and product management, and always open to experiment new methods and workflows
