Your role → Lead HRIS Product Manager
Product Leadership : Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for our HRIS product. Provide consistent vision, direction and leadership to the product team. Inspire and influence product managers to deliver seamless experiences for customers. Imagine and build the next features so that PayFit becomes the best employee management solution ever conceived. Work from Desktop to Mobile apps, you will be closely collaborating with Engineers organized in Squads and Product Designers.
Culture and process : Build a culture of product excellence, setting a consistently high bar for execution and delivery of highly engaging experiences across all customer touchpoints. Define process and operating mechanisms to ensure teams are collaborating constructively to create best-in-class end-to-end customer experiences.
- Talent : Hire 3 more product managers in your team during your first 12 months, develop product talents. Define success metrics, update our job level structure–to ensure the team’s health & success over the long term. Motivate and inspire team members to produce best-in-class consumer experiences. Lead performance management for all product managers at the company.
You have already worked in a product/tech company where you grew from less than 100 to more than 300 people
Passionate and skilled at building and improving B2B SaaS products. At least four years, building and leading a highly effective product organization at a tech company which has shown excellence in product management
Strong point-of-view on modern, effective product conception processes and systems
Evidence of successful collaboration with engineering and design
Evidence of using user experience, research and data to steer product thinking
You have your point of view on how to create scalable and productive product organizations
Awareness of best-in-class tools for product building and improvement
You have natural leadership and an ability to unite and inspire teams
You have excellent relationship and communication skills
You speak both french and english fluently and you want to work in an international and dynamic environment
