The position

Job description

Your role → Lead marketing and communication strategy of PayFit in Europe

Missions

  • Create and propagate a brand message that resonates with our target audiences.
  • Deliver comprehensive, measurable, revenue generating marketing plans including go-to-market strategies, messaging and product positioning.
  • Manage all proactive and reactive press opportunities.
  • Develop a highly efficient marketing team, establishing clear responsibilities, metrics, priorities and individual career goals (currently 6 persons in Paris)
  • Exercise a data-centric approach to gather customer/user insights and leverage data to improve marketing campaigns and results.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth and report marketing KPIs
  • Collaborate with PayFit’s leadership team to continuously refine our marketing roadmap/vision.
  • Build out best in class marketing processes that fuel growth and increase ROI.

Preferred experience

  • 5+ years of experience leading marketing for a high-growth SaaS business.
  • Superior ability to recruit, retain, and motivate our existing team and future talent.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage diverse projects under aggressive timelines across multiple locations.
  • Experience developing and executing a short and long term go-to-market strategy at a high-growth company that has scaled to $10M+ in annual revenue.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, including the ability to inspire internal and external audiences.
  • Ability to use a data-driven, quantitative approach to track KPIs and manage a budget.
  • Ability to communicate with and present marketing strategy, analytics and ROI to senior executives and board members.
  • Expert knowledge of quantitative and qualitative marketing research methodologies.
  • A deep understanding of sales and marketing automation software, including Hubspot and Google Analytics, and trends in digital marketing technology.
