Reporting to the Global Director of Communication, the Regional Marketing specialist will be in charge of marketing & communications in our key European countries as well as in the organization and success of the PrestaShop Days, together with the Country Managers, Program Owner and other team.
PrestaShop Days
• You participate to the commercial offers with Partnership
• You create the pitch for the partners team and are responsible of the follow-up
• You manage the dedicated website (prestashopday.com)
• You promote selling tickets and you contribute to number of visitors
• You create & update the communications and emailing roadmap, including content for some event
• You co-manage budget and supervise services providers and well as the event agencies in charge of the organization of the event (catering, furniture, IT material, printing, signage, goodies…)
• You are responsible of the “after-sales”program in order to improve the next editions
• Organization of editorial committees with program owner
Regional Marketing & communications
• You organize surveys and studies in order to get localized data and content
• You subscribe to local associations and work closely with them in order to join their actions/activities (speaking opportunities, surveys…)
• You produce/coordinate valuable and localized content in order to increase brand awareness, traffic and leads gen: success stories, infographics, case studies, white papers, guides, interviews… in coordination with Chief Editor
• You support of country manager for local campaign ( emailing, social network) in coordination with web marketing
• You are proactive in the finding new ideas
• At least 2 years of experience
• Master’s degree or equivalent
• Multilingual: Fluent in English, French and a 3rd language such as: Italian, Spanish, German…
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to get things done both individually and through collaboration
• Experience in fast-moving, dynamic environments with changing priorities and tight deadlines
