Job description

What you’ll work on:

  • Assist the Business Development Manager to sign new partners, including challenging their business plans and cost structures to ensure they have a good understanding of what they can achieve with SendinBlue.
  • Onboard Key Accounts, including the platform configuration set up, training (sales & marketing enablement) and assistance.
  • Maintain a strong partnership with Key Accounts on a monthly basis, depending on their needs, to review their performance and help them improve.
  • Drive revenue growth through regular reviews of Key Account performance and following up on improvement areas including pricing, quality, sales and support.
  • Act as the Key Accounts’ voice within SendinBlue to escalate internal understanding of challenges and blockers to the Key Account experiences.

  • Most of the teams at SendinBlue (Revenues, Marketing and Customer Care among others)

What you’ll acquire with this role:

  • A very thorough SaaS, Hosting and Marketing Automation industry knowledge
  • Sales pitch & marketing knowledge on the Email Marketing & Marketing Automation industry.
  • The possibility to grow this role with the growth of the department

What we are looking for:

  • Master’s Degree in Business, Sales
  • 2-5 years of experience in a Business Development or Account Management role.
  • Proven ability to create and maintain strong partnerships with C-Level execs at Enterprise level accounts, from both the customer success and revenue growth perspective.
  • Knowledge of the SaaS industry and the Email Marketing/Marketing Automation industry would be a plus.
  • Strong communication and creative problem solving skills. Previous customers facing experience is a must
  • Analytical and High levels of attention to detail
  • Autonomous and initiative taker
  • Flexible travel schedule (Up to 30%)
  • Fluent in English, Spanish and French would be a plus
