We are looking for a confident and high-energy individual who has the zeal to learn and grow within a promising Tech company. Moreover, you will have a friendly approach with good people skills and a positive attitude to work, and ready to roll-up your sleeves in an international team set-up. The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of International HR :
❏ Ownership about on / offboarding processes for French and UK entity
❏ Managing employees and interns: employment contracts, internship contracts, and liaising with our international HR team from Bangalore
❏ Establishing the proper HR tools to manage efficiently the role accross various country
❏ Working closely with the headquarter based in California, Mountain View
❏ Other ad hoc HR and administrative related activities, including assisting with monthly payroll
Your Profile :
❏ You will possess all-round HR and communication skills
❏ Have a strong attention to detail and the ability to notice errors and investigate where appropriate;
❏ Be comfortable working across all areas of HR;
❏ Show a proactive approach to working in a changing environment and developing processes where necessary;
❏ Possess excellent communication skills and a proven track record of working within a team and with management.
❏ Fluent in French and English
