About the team 🚀

Our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team is the primary finance partner for Smart’s business leaders. The team is composed by deeply analytical experts who strive to provide enterprise-wide planning, analysis and reporting.

Team members handles with measuring and forecasting performance, reporting on the drivers for revenue and cost and allocating budgets across the company in a fast growth and complex environment.

Your mission 👇

As the right hand man of Smart’s FP&A Manager, you will intervene on all financial topics Smart and develop a comprehensive overview of Finance in a fast-paced tech environment.

More specifically:

• You help the top management and BU managers make sense of complex business figures using your excellent analytical skills
• You are the finance interlocutor of managers and executives, helping them achieving their financial targets
• You help prepare for the boards and for the investors strategical analysis and presentations on the current trading and future business evolutions
• You take part in the definition and execution of yearly budgets and quarterly reforecasts
• You help define new KPIs to better monitor business performance in an ever-changing environment
• You provide support on transforming initiatives (pricing of new business lines) or identify new analysis needs

About you 💪

You are about to graduate from a top business or engineering school or from a data-focused education and thrive in complex and fast-paced environment. A first experience in a corporate finance environment is a plus but not mandatory.

You demonstrate solid analytical skills, quick-wittedness as well as a strong attention to details and interest in corporate finance. Highly structured, you display an entrepreneurial state of mind and know how to deal with several projects simultaneously.

You are a great team player, able to build strong relationships with various stakeholders, executives and investors.

You are looking forward to an international environment that is evolving extremely quickly and that is intellectually challenging.

A solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required, as well as fluency in English. French and Spanish are nice-to-haves, same as MySQL & Tableau abilities.
