It is the responsibility of our Marketing team to make sure that the world knows about Smart and all of the awesome things our solutions can do!

Our team based between Paris and New York is composed of 10 straightforward and creative individuals shaping our brand across the globe. They are the heart of Smart’s global awareness and play a major role in orchestrating the global launches of new innovative solutions, communicating Smart’s value proposition to customer-facing teams and ensuring product success.

Your mission 👇

Reporting to our publisher marketing manager, your main tasks will be:

• You’ll be in charge of promoting our product and solutions by coordinating, sending and tracking monthly and quarterly newsletters designed in 5 languages.
• You’ll plan and execute customer communication in the interface to announce new features and product releases.
• You’ll create and update marketing collateral: sales deck, product sheet, case studies, etc.
• You’ll support marketing team with optimizing Google adwords / SEO / acquisition strategy
• You’ll be in charge to update the company brand awareness score document and you’ll have to give monthly insights to ensure the team is on track to achieve the targeted score.
• You’ll follow newsletters opt-out and you’ll send regular reporting to the sales team to make them clean the database.
• You’ll ensure the internal marketing portal is updated with the latest documents.
• You’ll also do many other things. Our job is different everyday… market and company are growing and moving so quicky

About you 💪

Minimum Qualifications

• BAC+3/ BAC+4/BAC+5 Business School Student Specialized in Marketing or Technologies
• Comfortable with a native-english speaking environment. Fluency in English is required (verbal and written)
• Strong curiosity to learn how to use new tools
• Strong design and aesthetic sensibility
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to synthesize complex ideas
• Creativity and capabilities to bring new ideas
• Good team player

Extra Awesome Skills

• Skills in photoshop and illustrator would be preferred.
• Wordpress, HTML a big plus but if you are willing to learn that’s already a plus
• Food lover would be appreciated
