As SPARTED’s CFO, you will manage and optimize the processes at the heart of the financial and accounting activities.

Your responsibilities will be to:
• Develop and maintain a financial reporting process to measure key metrics
• Operate levers to improve overall company performance
• Manage cash flow and income statements
• Steer development of an annual operating budget and prepare quarterly forecasts
• Assist the CEO in making informed business decisions by using key financial metrics to guide
decision-making
• Set up and update high quality operational financial modelling and planning (business plan,
annual budget…)
• Establish and develop relations with financial partners and suppliers (banks, funding agencies,
mutual funds, etc.)

You have 2 to 5 years of experience, and graduated from a MSc in Management or related field from a top-tier university, you love to fight, win and conquer. You are excited about the opportunity to work hard in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Experience in Finance or Strategy
• Data-driven and detail-oriented, with excellent analytical skills
• Fluent in English
• Mindset made of high-determination, boldness and great dourness

• Comfortable with building models from scratch
• Previous experience in financial management of a SaaS business
• Notions of Business Law, contract negotiation or accountability
• Enthusiastic about EdTech
