The position

Job description

Ensure our clients’ subscriptions renewal, while maximizing the final users’ growth per renewal

Become a trusted advisor and evangelist for large client organizations in order to maximize the value they get from our solution

Manage a large client portfolio and build strong commercial relations working hand in hand with the sales teams

Train our clients about micro-learning and, more specifically, on our solution

Contribute to our product’s direct development by transmitting clients’ feedback to both engineering and product teams: you are the customer’s voice!


Preferred experience

Young minded, after a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in consulting (HR, communication, organization, optimization, etc.), post-sales or similar fields, you love to fight, win and conquer. As a business or engineer graduate from a top-tier school or university, you like new ways of thinking and acting, ambitious challenge, teamwork and reaching awesome performances.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Ability to influence and evangelize based on a high-quality speech and strong relational skills

Great doerness, high determination and boldness

Data-driven intelligence, strong learning curve and problem-solving mindset

Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities on tight deadlines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
