MISSION:
As a User Support Agent, you will be dedicated to assist our customers and users and will work in constant collaboration with the developing and customer success teams, your responsibilities will be to:
• Optimize technical support by using and improving a highly efficient ticket management environment: issue detailed technical reports (tickets)
• Collaborate with the developing team in the resolution of tickets
• Communicate our customer’s needs by providing feedback to the product team to improve our
product
• Participate to the creation of a users’ accompaniment and client success strategy
• Know our platform and solution inside-out to provide a highly responsive level support to our
clients
• Provide support and technical assistance to users and clients by email, chat and phone
• Answer requests and questions, notably by providing workarounds
Young or more expert, with a first professional experience, YOU are crazy about new digital technologies. As a technology university program graduate or equivalent (BTS communication/DUT information ou équivalent), you like taking up challenges, teamwork and building awesome products.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• You have a significant previous experience in an IT/Tech environment
• Problem solving mindset
• Familiar with log tools
