The position

Job description

As SPARTED’s CFO, you will manage and optimize the processes at the heart of the financial and accounting activities.
Your responsibilities will be to:

• Steer development of an annual operating budget and prepare quarterly forecasts and strategies
• Develop and maintain a financial reporting process to identify key metrics and operating levers to measure and improve overall company performance, with an eye towards rapid growth and scalability.
• Control cash flow and income statements
• Internationalize our financial and administrative activities (US, UK, Germany)
• Assist the CEO in making informed business decisions by using key financial metrics to guide decision-making
• Set up and update high quality operational financial modelling and planning (business plan, annual budget…)
• Establish and develop relations with financial partners and suppliers (banks, funding agencies, mutual funds, etc.)


Preferred experience

REQUIRED SKILLS:
• 2 to 5 years finance or strategy experience
• Excellent analytical skills
• Data-driven and detail-oriented
• A knack for tech products
• A managerial sense of responsibilities
• Relentlessness regarding your mission and duties
• Mindset made of high-determination, boldness and great dourness
