Your Mission 🚀
At Spendesk customers are our only one obsession. As Customer Operation Manager, you will handle and streamline our customer operations throughout the whole customer lifecycle. It means that it will be your role to set-up and operate the best process to handle all operations related to our customers: compliance management, banking operations and billing operations. You will be the first person in this position and accordingly will be in charge of setting-up all process and workflows from scratch.

  • Act as the first level problem-solver and as the main point of contact of contact between Spendesk and our banking partners
  • Improve customer onboarding and compliance operations
  • Manage day-to-day customer banking operations 🏦
  • Implement key AML processes, provide training and promote awareness of relevant changes
  • Suspicious transactions review and financial background investigations 🤔
  • Monitor monthly customer billing operations and account cancellations 💵

  • You are curious and quick learner, you have the ability to absorb a huge quantity of new information
  • You are interested in understanding and deepening your knowledge of the banking regulation and back-office operations
  • You are a doer, you get the st done and know how to apply maximum leverage to deliver significant output quickly
  • You are comfortable managing several tasks and issues in a fast-paced environment

Background and experience

  • 1-2 years experience(s) in handling SaaS operations (bonus: banking operations in bank or in fintech)
  • You are fluent in French and in English (third language is a plus)
  • You have a passion for startups or dynamic environments. Previous experience in a similar working environment is a plus
