By joining the growth team, you’ll help execute strategies and techniques to increase growth rate. To do so, you’ll work in quick iterative experiment cycles to deploy and test different projects aimed at bringing more customers and boosting them.

Projects we work on include:

• Use smart personalization techniques to help with conversion at each step of the customer journey
• Improve activation by helping customers get the first actions on the platform
• Develop tools to help Spendesker on daily tasks
• Work on new product features and improvements

We are looking for talented and passionate engineers to help us build and scale Spendesk. If you love building efficient and reliable products, and have a strong taste in UX/UI, this job may well be for you! Having a 1st work experience in a start-up is a plus 😉

Your skills

• Strong experience in software development with respect to state-of-the-art practices
• Strong experience with React.js or other front-end framework such as Vue.js, Angular.js, Ember.js.
• Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript/ES6.
• Great UI/UX sensibility (sketch, framer)
• Data Driven
• Autonomy, fast-learning and proactiveness

Your personality

• You are a HACKER: you are comfortable with ambiguity, you love technical challenges, to prototype and to find creative ways to solve problems in the shortest timeframe.
