The position

Job description

Learning is a Spendesk core value.
You will be accountable for all processes and tools to build, share and develop knowledge at Spendesk.
We believe that knowledge is not something one should keep for themselves and that teaching and training accelerate the learning process.

One simple goal : Build training programs for each Spendesker with a detailed (and intuitive) knowledge base.

Knowledge Sharing

  • Be sure the right information is at the right place
  • Build training programs and certifications for Spendeskers
  • Launch a Learning Management system
  • Reporting and analysis of E-Learning Trainings

Product Knowledge

  • Keep up-to-date internal documentation on all features
  • Create an internal FAQ for all new feature in coordination with Product & Marketing
  • Add and maintain specific training depending of localisation of the product

Financial Knowledge

  • Build a network of external financial experts to help our different teams
  • Create a process for sharing knowledge between Spendeskers and experts
  • Ensure the financial team contributes to financial knowledge

New Employee Onboarding

  • Contribute to a delightful and impactful onboarding experience for new Spendeskers
  • Train all new Spendeskers on our product

Bonus

  • Develop a series of evening learning sessions between peers on SQL, CSS, …
  • Produce one “General Book” per team designed and printed

Preferred experience

The perfect Match

  • Previous experience in customer success, knowledge management with a good sense for writing
  • 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in a startup/fast paced environment
  • Cheerful, helpful, smiling… the person everyone wants to listen
  • Very hands-on, very curious
