What will you do ? ✍️

• You are in charge of people administration from onboarding to offboarding including payroll, contract management, and administrative declarations.
• You keep current on laws, controls and regulatory requirement frameworks and structure; adhere to legal and regulatory requirement; build advanced knowledge of internal and external market control environments.
• You work closely with the People team to help delivering and implementing the People programs (performance review, mentoring programs, trainings, etc.)
• You act as a central point of contact for employee relation issues; ensure individual employee problems are heard, issues are addressed, and employees are treated fairly.

Your profile:

• You have at least 3 years of experience in People Administration function (HR Operations, HR Administration manager, …)
• You have a successful first experience in track record of payroll management, contract administration, legal/compliance implementation
• You demonstrate great communication skills: active listener, empathetic, extremely clear, direct, timely, and accurate.
• You are Hands-on: you show capacity to execute and implement projects
• Your are well organized and autonomous: you can easily multitask and prioritize your work efficiently
• You’re full of energy, positive and High level of energy, positivism and have hard working capabilities.
