Your mission 👇

We’re looking for a data-driven Product Marketing Manager to define and communicate the value proposition of Spendesk, making sure we bring the right benefits to our users. You will bridge the gap between product, marketing and sales teams to raise product awareness and design our Go-To-Market strategies. The perfect fit is a creative self-starter with an open mind to see potential growth where others might not!

What you’ll do 🔍

  • Develop strategic product positioning and messaging ensuring a strong product differentiation in the market.
  • Build and execute go-to-market plans for new releases and manage cross-functional planning process.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, partnering closely to accelerate product adoption across key market segments, while providing feedback for product improvements.
  • Communicate the value proposition of our products to the customer-facing teams and develop tools and materials (data sheets, case studies, guides…) that will enhance and boost sales performance.
  • Strengthen market intelligence while becoming an expert on market trends and your competitive landscape, knowing your buyers and their buying criteria. You’ll become a deep expert in what customers care about.
  • Lead large-scale campaigns to acquire more usage for Spendesk. You’ll be the voice of our product and new features for customers through your presence at industry events and marketing initiatives (blog, email campaigns, webinars…).
  • Set up KPIs, collect marketing data and track performance for every feature launch.

Preferred experience

About you 🎯

  • 3-5+ years experience in B2B Marketing or Product Management at a fast-growing SaaS company.
  • Dynamic and enthusiastic team-player with strong ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical thinker with a passion for tracking and analyzing data to make and justify decisions.
  • Able to sketch out and concisely describe entire buyer journey.
  • Proven experience in driving various projects simultaneously with methodology, meeting deadlines and getting things done.
  • Creative problem-solver with an eye for quality and a go-getter attitude.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in French and English with the ability to articulate technical concepts into a simple way.
