We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our startup studio! You will have a crucial role in “running the shop” and in providing support to our startups. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the effective running of our operations including administrative, legal and financial processes.

Your Responsibilities:

• You ensure operational excellence: you make sure the company runs smoothly and in a cost-effective way.
• You manage daily finances including budget compliance and the sending and payment of invoices
• You oversee legal related processes such as term sheets, employee contracts and client contracts drafting
• You deliver support to our startups in various ways such as helping them develop their business plan and giving them guidance in notarial procedure.
• You oversee HR processes, including recruiting, employee onboarding and teambuilding activites.

• You are familiar with HR duties such as talent acquisition, contract management and payroll activities.
• You have a solid understanding of bookkeeping and bank account management.
• You enjoy working with a small team, in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
• You are hands on, eager to learn and full of motivation.
• You have 2 to 3 years of experience in operations management, ideally in a startup
