As part of its incubation/acceleration programme, Startup Factory is looking for its next UX/UI designer to support approximately 30 incubated startups.

The missions are of 2 types:

• short projects necessiting a fast execution (landing page creations, relevant on-the-fly visual identity design, media content creation for social networks campaigns)

• more conventional projects (complete website design and intégration, web app / mobile app interface design, moodboard, graphic chart, tonal voice)

We are looking for the following skills for our next talent:

• excellent communication capacity (in language and substance)

• easy integration among a very dynamic and multidisciplinary team

• strong reactivity and concision

• complete working autonomy

• strong intellectual curiosity and open-mindedness

• real capacity to improve a product based on feedback and recommendations

2 to 3 years of working experience among a team with real live projects (if coming from a high school, could be compensated by some junior enterprise projects)

No specific tools required (Adobe Creative Suite desired), but the tools selection needs to cover pixel based, vector and video editing

Paper prototyping methodology and user testing + 1 software for digital prototyping
