Reporting to the CEO of the company, your role within this fast-growing international environment will be to take responsibility for the delivery of our technology solutions to our global customers.

You will be leading a team of highly skilled Project Managers based in Nice, North America and China and you will be working closely with our CTO and VP Sales.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Managing and coordinating the delivery of VULOG’s mobility solutions (In-Car technology, mobility service software and user applications) internationally (Europe, North America, Asia),
• Managing client’s expectations,
• Taking full responsibility to successfully deliver our solutions,
• Coordinating a variety of technical teams to meet deadlines and organizing cross functional teamwork,
• Working closely with our CTO to ensure painless implementation of our solutions,
• Working closely with the Product Management team to share customers’ feedback and contribute to our product roadmap,
• Working closely with the VP Sales to continuously improve customer relationships and satisfaction, create a long-term relationship to ensure customer retention and optimization as well as their success,
• Being an essential part of the management team defining the vision and strategy of VULOG.

As the ideal candidate, you will demonstrate at least 5 years’ experience in a similar Director role in the delivery of international SAAS solutions. You have high level education. You are fluent in English and have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills. You are prepared to travel internationally on a regular basis in order to build strong relationship with our customers. You are able to work in a fast growth environment, ready and willing to face new challenges, with a strong team spirit, a service mindedness and organizational prowess.
