VULOG is seeking a talented Customer Project Manager.
Reporting to the Project Director, you will be responsible for the implementation of our IT solution with our international customer and you will work closely with Sales and Development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of the project development life cycle (before sale, solution implementation phase, specific developments, support activities, project launch)
• Conduct business requirements discussions with clients to identify how our solution will enable them to meet those requirements
• Ensure the streamlining of information flow between customers and Vulog’s teams (Solutions Engineering, Product, Sales, Support and Supply Chain)
• Be accountable for on time solution delivery
• Conduct product trainings and demonstrations for customers
• Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with each assigned client
• Be accountable for customer satisfaction and product adoption
• Bring value to our clients
• Feed our product roadmap with feedbacks from customers and from your own experiences
• Constantly improve our project management processes

• Fluent English level is required. We are an international company!

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in project management of SAAS solutions
• International work experience
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proactively seek solutions to problems and propose improvements
• Familiarity with project management tools
• PMP certification is a plus
• Team spirit
