What you will do
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic International Junior Project Manager to join our team, and work on a major and exciting project in Berlin. Reporting to the Customer Project and Success Director, the ideal candidate will support the IT solution implementation for one of our most valuable customers.
The position is based in Berlin, in our client offices, and you will work closely with the Project Director and the technical teams in Nice.
Key Responsibilities :
Support the client in all phases of the project delivery process (solution implementation phase, support activities, project launch)
Establish a trusted advisor relationship with the client
Be accountable for customer satisfaction
Ensure the streamlining of information flow between customers and Vulog’s teams (Solutions Engineering, Product, Sales, Support and Supply Chain)
Feed the product team with customers’ feedback
Skills we are looking for
Engineering/technical degree (IT, systems, networking…)
Previous experience in one or more of the following technical domains would be appreciated : telecommunications, embedded technologies, Web 2.0 architecture, mobile app configuration
3 years in customer-facing project management
Working experience in an international environment
Excellent customer relationship skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Proactively seek solutions to problems and propose improvements
Fluent in English (French not compulsory)
