REASON FOR BEING
In a context of centralization and consolidation of purchasing orders, The Supply Chain Department recruits an International Stock Controller and Analyst to collaborate within the stock management team under the direction of Europe operations.

MISSIONS

In your new role, your time will be split between European operational stock management (70%) and KPI stock level analysis (30%).

• CAMPAIGNS AND CATALOGUE STOCK ORDERING ON:
1) International sales campaigns
Manage stock for affiliates on local and international campaigns with the best approach for consolidating PO and ensure stock availability on time for customer delivery dates

2) Back catalogue (30 000 références)
Maintain stock availability on deep catalogue working with affiliates sales shipment and forecast

3) Best sellers catalogue
To ensure stock availability on international best sellers products in the best lead-time with suppliers

• STOCK LEVEL IMPROVEMENT
1) Work on Catalogue status to maintain active and inactive items and clean-up
2) Work on stock analysis (stock evolution, obsolescence stock, stock by type of products, missing stock report, back order analysis and follow-up)
3) Coordinate stock rework and actions with warehouse on affiliates demand – work on KPI review
4) Participate and work on consignment Europe stock report

Degree and/or Supply Chain expertise
A first similar experience is a plus but young graduate are welcome
Fluent in English
High level in Excel
