From better management and financial reporting, to tax and treasury— you will be the main point of contact on all business matters impacting Aircall.

What you’ll do:
* Drive the implementation of secure and robust accounting processes and procedures including month end closings, AR/AP, cash management, payroll and bank reconciliations

• Create and implement control standards and a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
• Work with external accountants to produce local accounts and lead a smooth transition from external accounting to a fully internalized accounting department
• Own the creation of roadmaps and timelines to implement an ERP system and streamline current processes
• Manage financial statement generation, ensuring financial reporting is in accordance with GAAP

• Major in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field, CPA/DSCG is a plus
• Five years or more experience in all areas of general corporate accounting or in a similar role
• Deep understanding of financial statement preparation and GAAP/IFRS
• Confidence to interact with members at all levels of the organization (a great sense of humor helps with this part)
• Accuracy, attention to detail, organization skills and forward planning are key for this position
