The position

Job description

You’ll be joining the HR team and work alongside Clara, our amazing Office Manager.

What you will do

  • Ensure smooth running of the office and happiness of the team
  • Guarantee the management of the office : maintain the office services, manage relationship and negotiation with suppliers, maintain a clean and productive office environment, purchase furnitures
  • Make sure new hires are well onboarded
  • Organize internal and possibly external events (meet-up, team building, breakfast, parties…)

Preferred experience

  • At least 2 years of experience as Office Manager
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills
  • Good level of English
  • Good sense of organization and rigor
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment and to prioritize tasks
  • Self motivated and proactive team player
  • Positive attitude, friendly and dynamic
