The position

Job description

As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will:

  • Work with our Executive team to understand their needs and build high-quality talent pipelines
  • Be the first candidate touch-point in our hiring process, acting as the voice and face of AssessFirst
  • Building up and nurturing a talent pipeline via a proactive multi-sourcing approach, with a focus on social media recruitment. It’s a priority.
  • Have the creative freedom to try-and-track any new idea and test out any tool that helps you and us
  • Conduct tactical market research on a variety of projects intended to help us scale and improve our processes
  • Contribute to the evolution and growth of our talent brand by thinking and executing like a marketer
  • Help coordinate/attend events, build relationships, and engage with the community via blogs, meet-ups, open houses, and more. You will be an advocate and ambassador for our entire AssessFirst recruitment branding.

Preferred experience

You have at least 2+ years of experience in hiring for Tech, Customer Service, Sales, Marketing teams…
You have experience working in a fast-paced hyper-growth environment with shifting priorities
You consider candidate sourcing as a challenge, not a pain, and you use different strategies in order to guarantee results.
You value the candidate experience, and want to make it memorable.
You keep yourself up-to-date on the latest recruitment & employer branding trends & tools
You have a good French & English level.
