The position

Job description

Mission :
As Head of Marketing and Growth you will be a key member of the executive management team (we call it Checkpoint), reporting directly to the COO.
You’ll be responsible with your team for growing and retaining our user base (B2B & B2C) in all our current and future markets.
In this role, you’ll be directly responsible for changing the lives of thousands of people who rely on Brigad to build their future.

Main tasks :

  • Be responsible for all acquisition and retention activities at Brigad
  • Invent what Marketing at Brigad will mean in a few years from now. 80% is still to be built
  • Spread the word to thousands of independent workers: Define the supply acquisition strategy for France & the UK and execute it with your team: budget, targets, channel repartition (online paid, offline paid, SEO…)
  • Engage with businesses: Work with the sales teams and the country managers to define the lead generation strategy and execute it: partnerships, outbound campaigns, trade shows…
  • Be creative: Always try and test new acquisition channels
  • Maximize the Customer lifetime value of Businesses and Brigaders by defining and executing a retention strategy
  • Build and execute go-to-market plans for new industries and cities with the Operation, Sales and Product teams.
  • Deep dive into the data to improve all growth metrics
  • Manage an outstanding team of 4 people and grow it.
  • Be a proactive contributor to the executive management team

  • Strong impact on thousands of users’ everyday life, work and revenue
  • Management of a unit, high responsibility and autonomy
  • Working with cross teams: operations, sales, product
  • Participation to the development of Brigad in the next EU capitals and new markets

Preferred experience

We are looking for someone who:

  • is mission driven and has strong values
  • has already had a successful experience in a similar role and at least 3 years of experience in Marketing,
  • knows how to define strong & creative multi-channel growth strategies,
  • has a good understanding of performance marketing,
  • is creative and do not hesitate to think out of the box,
  • has already managed and lead a team,
  • is fluent in French and English,
  • has strong analytical skills,
