  • You will be based in Geneva and work with our Head of Social Media & Influence and Account Directors on multiple projects.
  • You manage and moderate communities on social media (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter) for local and global clients.
  • You build monthly editorial calendars for our clients’ social accounts.
  • You love to write copy for social media content.
  • You create compelling creative concepts for social media posts.
  • You collaborate on ideas with Art Directors and Designers from brief to creative conception.
  • You are proactive in suggesting new ideas and react to news in addition to scheduled posts.
  • You monitor social platforms’ updates and you are aware of innovative social media formats.
  • You monitor social media performances and follow social media reports in collaboration with the Consumer Insights team.
  • You produce high-quality content respecting deadlines, requirements and production process.
  • You are proactive in response to briefs, pushing ideas above and beyond requirements.
  • You apply social media strategies approved by clients and ensure a smooth activity on their social media accounts to achieve defined objectives.
  • You work in close collaboration with the Account and Project Managers.
  • You collaborate with Influencer Experts to work with Influencers.
  • You maintain an exemplary attitude with colleagues, clients and partners.

What makes us eager to know you…

  • You have a minimum of +2-3 years experience working in social media for international brands
  • You are a social native expert in working with:
  • Social media: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Snapchat, Twitter
  • Social media tools – e.g. Sprinklr
  • Social listening tools – e.g.Talkwalker, Brandwatch
  • Microsoft Office: Excel (advanced), Word and PowerPoint.
  • You have concrete experience managing online communities for a brand.
  • You can work independently respecting deadlines and processes.
  • You are curious and you have demonstrated great creative skills.
  • You are flexible and client-oriented, with a great team spirit.
  • You are fluent in English and French. German an advantage.
