You understand, analyse and deliver your clients’ mandates to meet their business objectives and timeframes
You efficiently communicate mandate requirements to creative, strategy and project teams
You control global account budget and optimise ROI
You evaluate and control production costs and timelines with the help of your team
You control the quality of the content produced and ensure that it meets clients’ requirements and agency standards
You identify additional business opportunities in line with clients’ portfolio and create communication and marketing strategies to make things happen
You manage, train and guide the development of your team’s executives and coordinators

What makes us eager to know you…

You are a digital native with 6+ years of digital agency experience managing large global accounts in Switzerland or abroad
You have demonstrated great leadership skills
You are flexible and client-oriented, with a great team spirit
You can work independently
You are fluent in French and English, German is a plus
