Product Manager Position
• Member of the Product team managed by our CTO
• Report to our VP Engineering
• Team of 3 product managers
Product Manager Role
• Analyzing major trends of the market in order to anticipate future challenges.
• Collecting the technical and business needs coming from customers and consulting teams.
• Monitoring regularly the positioning of competition and maintain an up to date SWOT.
• Consolidating the previous elements to provide our customers and team with a reliable next year roadmap through a smart prioritization.
• Writing features and products requirements
• Work closely with the Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value and ROI.
• Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
• Build a strong relationship with the development team and the VP
• Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
Product Owner requirements and qualifications
• Previous working experience as a Product Owner for a minimum of 3 year(s) or as a consultant for a minimum of 4 years.
• Previous knowledge/culture about Data Marketing (CRM, DMP, Webanalytics, Ad-serving, Acquisition…)
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to details
• Confortable with Confluence, Jira, Slack, Balsamicq
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Creative thinker with a vision
• Strong Customer orientation and UX-focused
• French and English mandatory. In addition, German or Italian will be a good point.
Conditions
• Salary : Attractive package to be discussed according to your experience.
• Location : Paris 9ème (Close to Opera)
• Contract : CDI
• Vacations : 7 à 9 RTT/an
• Lunch Facilities : 10€ Ticket Restaurant (60% paid by the company)
• Transport : 50% Navigo Card paid by the company
• Cooptation Bonus (up to 4.500 euros depending upon the profile)
