Primary Responsibilities:

Partner with Product team colleagues to build and execute feature launch plans that align with revenue, adoption, and pipeline generation goals.
Produce effective messaging on value propositions and use cases that get customers excited about feature adoption
Collaborate with Content and Marketing teams to support innovative awareness and demand generation tactics.
Produce effective sales enablement materials, such as training content, cheat sheets and FAQs, enabling Sales to understand and communicate the value of features
Develop customer-facing materials that clearly articulate the value of our products. Deliver data sheets, solution guides, demo videos and other content for all funnel stages.
Execute timely customer communications through multiple digital channels such as email, in-app messages, etc.
Track, measure and report against objectives.

Professional Experience/Skills Required:

1 - 3 years experience in product marketing in a high tech company
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Top-notch writing and storytelling, with experience crafting compelling marketing content
High energy, charismatic, innovative, creative
Analytical nature to make good decisions
Proven track record in performing well in a fast pace environment
Organizational skills to effectively manage competing projects with tight deadlines
Exceptional team player

Ideal candidate additionally is :

Familiar with cloud/SaaS and marketing technology or analytics space
Demonstrated ability in launching and growing innovative feature launches
Native or near-native speaker of both French and English

Travel requirements:

Less than 10%
