A born entrepreneur, Jonathan developed the digital performance measurement technology that would become ContentSquare while studying at the ESSEC business school. Six years later, what started off as a college assignment is now an international company with offices in four countries and over 250 employees. In Spring 2017, Jonathan moved to New York with his family to open ContentSquare’s outpost in the Americas.

Lucie is a graduate of the HEC Entrepreneurship Master. After working as a UX Project Manager at Sarenza, she joined ContentSquare in 2014 as an Account Manager. Today, she is our VP of Product – a position that allows her to stretch both her creative and pragmatic muscles. Her team is a bridge between ContentSquare users and our R&D team, and is tasked with executing our roadmap and vision.

Mathias is ContentSquare’s second ever employee, and has more than 8 years of technical leadership experience within a startup environment. Passionate about complex technical issues and data volume challenges, today he manages an R&D team of 60 people.

Xavier is proud to be ContentSquare’s very first hire, joining the startup in 2012. He was recently promoted Head of US Operations and will soon move to our NY Office. He coordinates several teams of diverse expertise: Customer Success Managers, Data Analysts, UX & UI Designers and Implementation Managers. Their only objective: to put our clients’ needs at the heart of everything they do.

After working for an agency, Laura joined ContentSquare early on in the adventure, and managed the company’s relationships with its very first clients. Autonomous and proactive, she quickly became a Lead Customer Success Manager, running a team of ten. Their main objective: to turn every client into an expert user of the ContentSquare solution.

Hard-working and bursting with energy, Mathieu joined the Data Analyst team in 2014. Like all data geniuses, he loves nothing more than to crunch data to reveal the secrets of user behaviour. Mathieu was the first data analyst to move to the London office where he joined the sales team tasked with kickstarting ContentSquare’s global expansion.

Michal, our Director of Marketing & Customer Strategy Americas has led many lives before joining ContentSquare in February 2017. After becoming a lawyer, she decided to follow her passion and move to NYC to study fashion marketing in the prestigious Parsons School of Design. She then worked in the fashion & beauty industries as a marketer before joining the ContentSquare team to lead the market penetration strategy and positioning in the US. She now oversees client relationships and continues to nurture strong partnerships and develop the CS community.
