We are looking for our Head of Product to take on the challenge to make our amazing platform the best tool in the market to make businesses and organisation strive in the world of one to one customer experience.

As the product leader of the company, you will:

• Develop the product strategy and the company roadmap together with the top management and founders
• Lead a growing team of Product Mangers (today 3), making sure that they are successful and achieve their goals
• Start hands on by managing the product of our Connect team (one of our 4 feature teams)
• Align all processes with the product vision of Mindsay from initial idea to roll out
• Be a mentor and role model for successful product ownership to your fellow teammates
• Hire and develop great Product Managers to set-up additional feature teams
• Set up standards and routines to allow Product Managers and Designers to operate smoothly
• Manage stakeholders and diverse inter-team relationships and foster company-wide collaborations**

• Seniority: at least 8 years of relevant work experience with a track record in the field of enterprise Software as a Service solutions (SaaS) (B2B)
• Successfully scaled product teams. You know and understand the pain-points of fast-moving organizations and how to fix them. Yet, you lead without an ego and are a role model in self-reflection
• Knowledge of- and experience with cloud-based services
• Readiness of mind and eagerness to learn
• The ability to speak English fluently, fluent French is a plus
• Discipline and organization to be reliable
