You will be at the forefront of our newly created digital department. With our CTO, you will have a key role to expand it. You will allow Early Metrics to scale up by digitalising its activity. This will involve improving the efficiency and accuracy of our operations through a dedicated platform by implementing efficient algorithms, creating and maintaining a data lake with efficient data visualisation (e.g. a search engine), industrialising machine learning models, and enabling the business to sell new products by leveraging our data and methodology in new ways.

Your main tasks will be, among other things, to:

• Maintain, consolidate and improve our web platform: back end, and front end
• Develop algorithms leveraging our data in line with our product strategy
• Develop new platforms and tools to automate current tasks and extend topline activities
• Work closely with Product Owners to adapt to their needs using Scrum methodology
• Interact with data scientists to leverage machine learning models in an automated process.

Who you are:

• Enrolled in a master’s degree from top tier engineering schools
• 0-2 years of coding experience
• Knowledge in web stack (Angular, React, Node.js…) is a plus
