Antoine is the co-founder & CEO of Early Metrics, the international rating agency for startups and innovative SMEs.

An engineer and former financial analyst in worldwide cosmetics and consulting companies, Antoine launched Early Metrics, his second venture, in 2014, with the aim to bring more clarity to an increasingly complex startup ecosystem.

Clément graduated from a gold-standard institution in civil engineering.

Before joining Early Metrics as a VC Analyst in January 2019, Clément has been a VC Analyst for a venture platform and a Financial Auditor Intern for a big consulting company.

After being graduated from a Major in Social Entrepreneurship, Maïlys has worked as a Consultant in digital transformation and has helped her clients to implement innovative solutions.

She has joined Early Metrics in June 2018 and is now in charge of a portfolio of big Corporates in various industries: energy, transportation, consulting, media...

Early Metrics is the first international startup rating agency. The agency rates the growth potential of innovative startups and SMEs by analysing qualitative and quantitative metrics. These ratings then allow investors and corporates to better engage with young ventures, through partnerships or investment. To date, Early Metrics has rated close to 3000 startups for over 250 clients, including L’Oreal, LVMH, Barclays and Siemens Mobility. Early Metrics has offices in Paris, London, Berlin and Tel Aviv and is now launching operations in Spain, the USA and China.
