The role of the Product Manager is to manage the product development cycle and product quality in order to maximize user satisfaction, clients needs and business revenue. You’ll be in charge of defining and delivering the most valuable features and experiences for our end users.

Your three main missions are:

1/ Driving the New Features

• Identify and prioritize product features according to user and business needs; one of the first main focus you will have will be to manage the development of our connectors and interfaces with differents softwares that our clients use (SAP, Oracle, SharePoint…)
• Own the future roadmap for your products and manage the roadmap against KPIs/product goals;
• Write functional requirements and challenge the design
• Manage development sprints, backlog and the prioritization of tasks
• Work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales & Marketing to plan, build and launch product features
• Ensure Quality Assurance of technical deliveries before going into production
• Continuous control of the quality of production platforms and user paths, management and prioritization of bugs

2/ Championing Customers and Partners

• Use buyer persona and customer segmentation as a resource for prioritizing the features;
• Understand user research & user testing to collect new customer insights;
• Organize workshops with our customers to deep dive on users needs;
• Understand competitive landscape of industry and products;
• Work closely with our Partners (Software Editors, Integrators)

3/ Topgrading Product Owners

• Mentor and manage Product Owners
• Rally teams to work together toward a common goal, oversee many moving parts to ensure deliverables are met on time;
• Hire and help team evolve with a performance review process
• Design and roll out trainings

• At least 3-4 years experience in a Product Management position
• Master Degree (Business or Engineering school)

Professional skills required :

• Use and experience of Agile Methodologies
• Knowledge of UX tools and practice: research, protoyping, persona, journey map, user stories
• Experience in writing functional specifications
• Understanding the tech stack
