Our Financial team is growing! We’re searching for a FP&A Manager to join Valent, the Head of Finance, and Ryo, Finance Operations Manager.

Your main objective will be to ensure the best FP&A practices are put into place and to support growth and performance through strategic and financial insights.

To achieve your goal, you will collaborate with the whole team, but also with the Operations Team, Data Team and all our Cross-function Teams.

Your Missions:

1. Monitor the achievement of operational and financial objectives

• Build and maintain the business plan, including detailed forecasts to align with the company’s strategy.

• Work in close collaboration with the Head Of and C-levels, to ensure the achievement of the BP.

2. Ensure the implementation of best FP&A practices

• Evaluate and refine financial and operational metrics.

• Improve FP&A processes as we evolve

3. Manage cash flow and budget allocation

• Manage cash flow and ensure efficient capital allocation,

• Communicate strategic and financial information linked to the profitability and growth of Matera,

• Evaluate business opportunities and potential investments

4. Carry out financial reporting

• Monitor our performance, compliance with the budget, and analyze discrepancies.

• Build monthly reports for internal and external use.

Practical information:

• Location: Paris

• Work from home policy (after your onboarding): one day of presence at the office per week is required for all teams, and more occasional days of office presence will be required to meet team needs. There is no possibility of a fullremote contract, we are looking for someone based in Île-de-France

Ideally, you…

• Have training in finance: DCG or BTS Accounting or a Master in Corporate Finance,

• Have 3+ years of experience in a similar role in FP&A in a SaaS or consulting company

• Know the Gsheet and Looker tools,

• Master financial modeling,

• Understand situations in their entirety, in order to better optimize processes and anticipate forecasts,

• Know how to adapt your communication according to your interlocutor (C-level, internal teams, etc.),

• Are a problem-solver,

• Are a French speaker and your English is fluent.
