The QA team has a major role since the quality is one of the five strategic pillars of the company. As a QA team, our major mission is to ensure reliability and performance releases in an Agile environment, but also to maintain a high level of qualitative services for our customers.

She/ He will be part of our QA team, already composed of two QA Analyst and managed by the Head of QA. As a junior QA Analyst, you will work alongside collaboration with Product, IT, Ops and technical Account Manager teams. This is a great opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team in a fast paced company with great teammates.

Responsibilities

Functional Testing

• Design functional automated and manual test cases (Front-end and API)
• Run test campaign and report Test progression
• Create defect report, provide support for defect resolution
• Follow and validate releases

Performance Testing

• Automate, maintain and execute performance tests
• Analyze test results and maintain performance KPIs

Monitoring and data analysis

• Monitor product availability and performance
• Support for defect resolution
• Follow and manage the incident management

Required skills

• Excellent analytical and communication skills & strong ability to talk to audiences
• Understanding of testing activities (Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test Campaign Management…)
• Test management tool and bug tracking
• Ability to track multiple test campaign and Workstream
• Good understanding of API and Rest Web Services
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Good English level

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Agile model (Scrum and Kanban) and Product delivery
• Have an experience with Runscope, Postman, Jmeter and Ghostinpector.
• Source code management (GIT)
• Have an experience with Gherkin (Knowledge in Behavior Driven Development)
• A knowledge of other testing tools

Education and Experience
