The Growth team includes 20+ members and work closely with the product and tech team. You will join talented experts in the areas of performance marketing, growth engineering, product marketing, design and PR.

• You will be part of Qonto’s branding strategy by working on content marketing, social media and community management in order to serve our objectives such as customer acquisition, brand awareness and community engagement.
• You will take part in the production of high-impact content (video, infographics, blog articles…) to be distributed on our blog, social media but also for PR communications.
• Your role will be to make Qonto shine to become the neobank top of mind for companies and freelancers in France and in Europe (we just launched in three new countries 🇩🇪🇮🇹🇪🇸)

• You use both halves of your brain: You are creative but also well structured and rigorous
• You are an artist for content, a good strategist to pick up the right point of view and an expert for distribution
• You are fluent in both French and English
• You already have a similar experience and already know the tools such as Buffer
• You can ideally edit videos with iMovie, SimpleMovie, or Adobe Premiere
• You are curious, organized and you like project management
• You are very empathic: You understand the needs of our clients
