Reporting directly to the Head of Cloud Engineering Europe, you’ll have the following missions:

1. Maintain and support cloud infrastructure, including monitoring, patching, and troubleshooting:
   • track dashboards and alerts. Challenge KPIs
   • identify and respond to production incidents and drive root cause analysis and remediation.
   • Monitor and support proactively the VusionCloud platform
   • apply disaster and recovery procedure if needed.
   • ensure platform distribution, performances and scalability. Take part in lessons learnt from releases and incidents.
2. Communicate with customers during incidents after identifying them (communicate on them)
3. Ensure security:
   • Take part in security reviews, monitor security tools.
   • Propose and track security improvements.
   • Take part in processes optimisation, documentation, audits (e.g. ISO 27001) 

Qualifications we’re looking for.     

• Currently studying for a master's or engineering degree (last year) in computer science or a related field, you’re looking for an empowering 1 or 2-year apprenticeship in cloud infrastructure management.
• You have a strong interest for technical topics, cloud computing, cost effectiveness and scripting capabilities (PowerShell)
• Moreover, you are interested in problem-solving in cloud environment with a strong focus on automation and process improvement.
• Strong personal drive and ability to work proactively and independently.
• Fluently speaking and writing in English and French
