The position

Job description

Responsibilities :

  • Build Side’s growth and acquisition machines across Side’s B2C (acquisition of Siders/ temps) and B2B (acquisition of new clients) businesses, driving critical liquidity to the marketplace
  • Lead B2B and B2C acquisition teams and implement cross-platform strategies to drive acquisition and conversion through Organic (Referral, Partnerships, SEO/ASO) and Paid (Paid Social, SEM, Paid Display, etc) tactics across multiple industries, geographies, and job specifics.
  • Develop a deep understanding of user personas, consumer journey phases and identify the core metrics surrounding how we run and grow our business. Qualitative insights and data intelligence are at the foundation of Side’s success.
  • Build on top of current user lifecycle engagement and marketplace liquidity strategies to take it to the next level
  • Approach CRM automation to create an integrated 360 re-engagement strategy, from push notification to email, SMS and retargeting
  • Constantly dive into retention and marketplace liquidity metrics to surface new learnings and drive continuous improvements to KPIs

Preferred experience

  • A minimum of 8 years experience in growth hacking/marketing, business process management. Experience in complex operating environments, customer facing processes, regulated industries, fast growing start-ups, marketplaces, etc.
  • Experience creating successful Growth frameworks across multiple audience-types, devices, channels and tactics
  • Experience working as part of a broader Senior Leadership Team
  • Data-driven decision mentality and sound business judgement - you understand what drives value for customers at each stage in our onboarding process and can make sensible decisions to reflect this, in addition you’re able to identify and target different customer cohorts to form a solid customer acquisition strategy
  • Stellar cross-functional working to build strong working relationships across different functional teams
  • Experience leading a team, with willingness to invest in the coaching and development of your team members
  • Fluent in French and English
