About the role 🚀

The Salesforce Technical Lead based in Paris will be part of our Customer Success Organization.

As the owner of our Salesforce internal projects, you will be involved in all stages of the project’s life cycle: Requirements definition, Design & Creation, Development & Tests, Delivery & Support.

You will be in charge of building and customizing our Salesforce solution and managing the integrations with other systems. As an expert of Salesforce solution, you will focus on delivering functional solutions that fits with our business and organization.

Your mission 👇

• Serve as Technical Lead for Salesforce projects working in collaboration with different department: Sales, Service, Marketing & Data
• Participate into the roadmap development and prioritization with the process managers
• Build solution on Salesforce platform, including development in Force.com, Visualforce, Lightning (or Classic), Apex, Web Service and API’s
• Develop custom solutions and interfaces on top of the Salesforce platform
• Troubleshoot and Fix defects for planned releases and production issues
• Perform technical tests following the specifications and acceptance criteria within the sandbox environment
• Write and Maintain the technical documentation related to the custom integration
• Be responsible for the smooth and successful deployment running in the production environment
• Suggest best practices and build guidelines to improve our system productivity, scaling and monitoring
• Ensure both quality and security standards are developed and maintained

About you 💪

● Technical Skills: Strong experience in Programming & Administration: Develop code, Apex (classes/controllers, triggers, architecture and web services), object-oriented, reports, workflows and assignment. The ideal candidate is familiar with Lightning Component Framework and Web Service Frameworks (RESTFUL).

● Multi-tasking: Ability to manage several projects in parallel and to stay cool under pressure.

● Adaptability: Imaginative and open-minded, you can adapt to the audience.

● Project Management: Estimate engineering effort during various stages of project cycle.

● Soft skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills

● Experience: 3+ years of experience implementing and configuring Salesforce.com and other CRM Solution
