Job description

What will you do?

The Customer Success Operations at Spendesk will be responsible to support, enable and drive the Customer success team and the User Care team to better serve, educate, retain and upsell customers more efficiently!

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, a customer related experience (Account Management/Customer Success), running a CRM system and related tools stack, experience creating reports and dashboards and a strong business intuition to guide analysis.

Your missions:

1/ CRM & Tools Management:

  • Responsible for overseeing and improving User Care operations processes, to maximise their effectiveness and productivity
  • Support our Customer success & User Care team with any issues they have on our tools.
  • Support Customer success Operations manager in all Customer success tools - Implementation of Gainsight, Salesforce and Intercom.
  • Proactively monitor and maintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in Customer success data

2/ CS Enablement :

  • Ensuring smooth onboarding to all required tools, as well as when someone leaves identify the best process of transferring related records and offboarding from tools
  • Ensuring training schedule is ready ahead of time and well defined

3/ CS Performance :

  • Ensuring each teammate has a way to track and analyse his activity and performance
  • Work hand in hand with data team on specific Analysis then as Customer success Operations you’ll suggest areas for improvement and solutions to investigate
  • Build monitoring system to track Customer success initiatives (Pricing Migration / Card delivery)

Preferred experience

What we are looking for ?

  • A previous experience in Business Operations or Customer Success in B2B.
  • 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in a startup/fast paced environment is a big plus.
  • A detail oriented person
  • An empathetic, autonomous, proactive and enthousiastic future Spendeker
  • A profile with a previous experience in project management and a experience management is a plus (excel expert and SQL expert)
  • A fast learner person with a great adaptability capacity
