Job description

We are looking for a Lead Generation Associate - intern to help our Lead Generation Manager oversee the acquisition of high-quality leads and data to enable hyper-personalization at scale in our outbound strategy. You will be part of the Growth team and a key element for the Sales team (FR/UK/DE). The ideal candidate is bilingual, has a passion for startups and growth, is eager to learn and want to evolve in an promising and international environment. and a track record of producing high quality, on-brand content that delivers real marketing results. This is an amazing opportunity to help building an advanced Lead Gen process in a high-growth company. Working hand-in-hand with our Growth and Sales team, you will bring high-qualified leads and enrich our CRM to boost growth.

What will you do ? ✍️

🎯 Streamline our sourcing process

  • You will support daily operations, recruit, manage and train a team of data enrichment freelancers
  • You will help optimize & automate the sourcing process from A to Z

🚀 Boost our CRM & deploy your technical skills

  • You will learn how to find relevant data and extract them
  • You will find and collect smart data and market information to boost our CRM
  • You will be responsible for the monitoring, cleaning and enrichment of our Lead Gen KPIs dashboard
  • Grow in knowledge: API, Scrapping, …

🥇 Make the Sales team grow

  • You will be an entire part of the team and will help in making it grow
  • You will manage freelancers coming once a week for talent sourcing

  • Knowledge or willingness to learn coding ​ Must have
  • Last year student
  • Business (growth) and tech (product) savvy
  • A keen interest in B2B SaaS companies
  • Be proactive and source of proposals ​ Nice to have
  • Have already been a freelancer
  • Experience in Inside Sales / Lead Generation
