What will you do ?

As a Lead QA Engineer you will play a central role in the quality assurance of our applications and IT systems. As part of our Product team you will work closely with other colleagues on all squads, including: Developers, Engineering managers and Product managers. You must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills as you will be responsible for the quality of the product, the user experience and the development of automatic tests.
The ideal candidate for this position will be responsible for managing a team of QA Engineers in a near future.

You’re main missions will be :

• Work closely with software engineers to ensure the continuous integration of our new features.
• Actively participate in project meetings with product and engineers
• Provide expertise in all aspects of Software Quality and Automation
• Design and develop automation tests with the collaboration of the engineers
• Design and execute end-to-end test campaigns
• Establish test strategy, proficient with testing process and techniques (Functional, Integration, Regression)
• Maintain the existing test automation framework
• Execute a variety of tests that ensure the highest quality delivery
• Participate in the improvement of the quality: process, tooling and methods
• Involved / participate at Automated testing platform
• Contribute to agility by ensuring an efficient, automated test suite integrated in CI/CD pipeline

Your skills and profile

• 3+ years of experience of development and strong test automation/manual experience
• Hands on experience with test automation tools and frameworks
• Prior experience in functional and technical (automation) testing
• Interest in continuous integration and tools (Teamcity, TravisCI, CircleCi, Gradle, etc)
• Entrepreneurial spirit and know-how to identify opportunities of improvement
• Autonomous and well organized (documentation skills)
• Prior experience with agile development methodologies
• Basic programming skills in Javascript
• Tech oriented, resourceful and curious
