We're offering a great position for a Compensation and Benefits Manager to join the Peopleteam. So, if you’ve got a way with Human Resources in a challenging environment and a genuine desire to build a first-class People organization, we'd love to hear from you!

Reporting directly to our Head of People, you will be responsible for managing the entire Compensation & Benefits strategy and execution.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create our C&B philosophy to attract and retain our talents Update and maintain our compensation ranges according to our philosophy
  • Ensure our Benefits’ competitiveness while keeping Pigment’s strategy and stage in mind
  • Deploy & manage the annual increase process worldwideManage our equity attributions, refresh and exercising processes
  • Automate and optimize our C&B processes, campaigns & workflows
  • Participate to global projects such as budget definition, forecast and ad-hoc analysis
  • You're in the right place if :

  • You have significant experience in Compensation & Benefits (7 years at least), and an in-depth knowledge of C&B practices
  • You have worked in a fast-growing and in an international environment
  • You are structured and thorough with strong attention to details and data accuracyYou are able to communicate efficiently and can make complicated concepts seem simple
