An exciting opportunity has now become available for an intern to join our growing team within the VIP Consignment Department. Reporting to the Head of UK Consignement, the role will support the VIP Consignment team across collections and returns and client care.

Department Information: VIP Consignment

The VIP Consignment team handle all aspects of selling on behalf of our top clients, from collection to photography, expert pricing and safe storage. It operates within the major cities, London, Paris, New York, Berlin and Milan, allowing busy fashionistas an end to end wardrobe clearance service. Collecting Monday-Friday, Vestiaire Collective offers complete account management for all clients. Our clients include top stylists, editors and celebrities as well as London high flyers. We animate the service with an exciting events program which is all run within the VIP department.

Role description:

Reporting to the Head of UK Consignment, the role will focus on:

VIP Product Management

  • Check in all VIP collections
  • Review customer collections, work on the item selection according to Vestiaire Collective guidelines, ensure quality control and timely listing of items
  • Notify all clients their collection has been received safely
  • Book client collections and handle all client returns
  • Liaise with bookings between London and Tourcoing warehouse
  • Maintain VIP tracking tool with relevant information and keep it up date
  • Maintain the standards and organization of the VIP stock room
  • Boxing, packing and shipping of customer collections and returns

Additional

Administrative tasks such as assisting with purchase orders, invoicing, travel booking, internal reports and filing.
Perform ad hoc duties to support the UK office

  • Meticulous attention to detail, excellent time management and organisational skills with an ability to multi-task
  • Pro-active, highly motivated, detail oriented and deadline driven individual with a strong work ethos and willingness to go the extra mile
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work as part of a team and but also work autonomously
  • Capable of creating positive internal relationships with local and international teams
  • Flexible attitude with the ability to cope with evolving business requirements of a rapidly growing business
  • Experience of using all Microsoft Office packages with good Excel and Powerpoint skills
  • Experience, interest and understanding of the fashion and retail industry desirable
  • Experience of the resale industry desirable, but not a must

Role details:

  • Based in the UK office in a central London location
  • Monday to Friday, full time role 9am – 5.30pm
  • This is a fixed-term 12 months contract
